IronBabies provides a software platform for managing childcare operations within fitness facilities.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activities under their account

5. Subscription and Billing

• 14-day free trial
• Subscription required thereafter
• Payments processed via Stripe
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Access unauthorized data
• Interfere with system operations

7. Data Ownership

Organizations retain full ownership of their data.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their performance.

9. Disclaimer of Childcare Responsibility

IronBabies is strictly a software provider.

The Company does NOT:

• Provide childcare services
• Supervise children
• Employ childcare staff

All responsibility lies with the organization using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned Systems LLC shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or harm
• Property damage
• Loss of data or profits
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from use of the Service, childcare operations, or violations of these Terms.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States.
